Participating Subdivision means a Subdivision that meets the requirements for becoming a Participating Subdivision under Section VII. Participating Subdivisions include both Initial Participating Subdivisions and Later Participating Subdivisions. Subdivisions eligible to become Participating Subdivisions are listed in Exhibit G. A Settling State may add additional Subdivisions to Exhibit G at any time prior to the Initial Participation Date.

• Nothing contained herein shall preclude a Settling State from providing further notice to or otherwise contacting any of its Subdivisions about becoming a Participating Subdivision, including beginning any of the activities described in this paragraph prior to the Preliminary Agreement Date.

Participating Subdivision means any Subdivision in a Settling State that joins the settlement and meets the requirements for becoming a Participating Subdivision under Section VII.B or Section VII.C, as applicable.

Participating Subdivision means a Subdivision that signs a Settlement Participation Form annexed hereto as Exhibit K and meets requirements for becoming a Participating Subdivision under Section X.
