Participating Subdivision definition

Participating Subdivision. Any Subdivision that meets the requirements for becoming a Participating Subdivision under Section VII.B and Section VII.C. Participating Subdivisions include both Initial Participating Subdivisions and Later Participating Subdivisions.

Participating Subdivision means a Subdivision that signs a Settlement Participation Form annexed hereto as Exhibit K and meets requirements for becoming a Participating Subdivision under Section IX.
