Particular Conditions definition

Particular Conditions. ’ means the Particular Conditions of the Contract forming an integral part of the Contract.
Particular Conditions means the Particular Conditions attached to and forming part of these General Conditions.
Particular Conditions means the terms and conditions that relate to specific accounts and services in addition to these Terms and Conditions which we notify you of (from time to time) that apply to your Account.

More Definitions of Particular Conditions
