Particular Conditions definition

Particular Conditions. ’ means the Particular Conditions of the Contract forming an integral part of the Contract.
Particular Conditions means the Particular Conditions attached to and forming part of these General Conditions.
Particular Conditions means the terms and conditions that relate to specific accounts and services in addition to these Terms and Conditions which we notify you of (from time to time) that apply to your Account.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Particular Conditions, these financing charges shall be calculated at the rate of three point seven five percent above the average 3 month EURIBOR rate as at the final date for payment of the amount due, both before and after any judgment or award (the "Interest Rate").

More Definitions of Particular Conditions

Particular Conditions means the document which sets out the additional terms and conditions, clarifications and amendments to these GTCs and/or to any other documents included in the Contract that have been agreed by the parties in writing in respect of the Contract.
Particular Conditions means the particular conditions (if any) set out immediately before the Schedules to the Contract.
