Commercial Offer definition

Commercial Offer means the document or set of documents signed by ▇▇▇▇▇ and the Customer covering the particular terms governing the commercial relationship entered into both parties, including prices and payment, taxes, currency, certifications and shipping conditions.
Commercial Offer means the offer provided by Seller to Customer with the commercial, technical and financial terms applicable to the sale of certain Products and/or Services, by reference to the CSC as the case may be.
Commercial Offer means Cover 3 submitted by the Bidder as part of RFP submissions.
