Commercial Offer definition

Commercial Offer means the document or set of documents signed by KUNAK and the Purchaser covering the particular terms governing the commercial relationship entered into both parties, including prices and payment, taxes, currency, certifications and shipping conditions.
Commercial Offer means Cover 3 submitted by the Bidder as part of RFP submissions.
Commercial Offer means the offer provided by Seller to Customer with the commercial, technical and financial terms applicable to the supply of certain Products and/or Services, by reference to the CSC as the case may be. Commercial Offer even signed by the Seller and the Customer cannot be considered as a Specific Agreement as defined below.

  • The Licensee shall retain each set of Commercial Offer Data, and all of its supporting data relevant to the calculation of the price component of that Commercial Offer Data, for a period of at least four years commencing on the date on which the Commercial Offer Data is submitted to the Single Market Operation Business.

  • In any case in which Commercial Offer Data are submitted to the Single Market Operation Business which are not consistent with the Licensee’s obligation under paragraph 1 of this Condition, the Licensee shall immediately inform the Authority and provide to the Authority a statement of its reasons for the Commercial Offer Data submitted.

  • In any case in which Relevant Commercial Offer Data are submitted to the Single Market Operation Business which are not consistent with the Licensee’s obligation under paragraph 1 of this Condition, the Licensee shall immediately inform the Authority and provide to the Authority a statement of its reasons for the Relevant Commercial Offer Data submitted.
