Commercial Offer definition

Commercial Offer means Cover 3 submitted by the Bidder as part of RFP submissions.
Commercial Offer means the document or set of documents signed by XXXXX and the Customer covering the particular terms governing the commercial relationship entered into both parties, including prices and payment, taxes, currency, certifications and shipping conditions.
