Reuters page means the display on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, on the page or pages specified in this prospectus supplement or the relevant pricing supplement, or any replacement page or pages on that service.
Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on Reuters, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no Reuters page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Reuters Page shall be FEDCMT, for the most recent week.
Reuters Page USDSOFR= means the Reuters page designated “USDSOFR=” or any successor page or service;
Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.
Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.
Please Initial Client also expressly indemnifies GPT for any future liabilities, either administrative, civil, or criminal related to the improper use by Client or its assigns of any and all documentation that is provided to Client by GPT pursuant to this Agreement. Client agrees that GPT shall have no responsibility to verify the accuracy or adequacy of any statement, document, fact or information provided to GPT by Client or Client's attorney, accountant, representative or agents.
Title Page means, for a printed book, the title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in the title page. For works in formats which do not have any title page as such, “Title Page” means the text near the most prominent appearance of the work’s title, preceding the beginning of the body of the text.
Departing Lender Signature Page means each signature page to this Agreement on which it is indicated that the Departing Lender executing the same shall cease to be a party to the Existing Credit Agreement on the Effective Date.
Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;
Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
