Passenger Priority Obligations definition

Passenger Priority Obligations means the obligations of a Rail Transport Operator pursuant to sections 265 and 266 of the Transport Infrastructure Act;
Passenger Priority Obligations has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Payload of a Train Service means the weight of product loaded onto any Train used in operating that Train Service.
Passenger Priority Obligations means the obligations of a Railway Manager pursuant to sections 265 and 266 of the Transport Infrastructure Act. Payload of a Train Service means the weight of product loaded onto any Train used by the Operator in operating that Train Service.
