The Superintendent of Schools, President, or Chief Executive Officer, or their designee, of Vested Members, and Past Presidents currently serving on the Board shall cast all votes in meetings of the Board of Directors and if so elected or appointed, may serve on the Executive Committee and other ad hoc committees.
