Patent Portfolio means, with respect to a legal or natural person, all rights in patents and patent applications relating to SIM, smart payment cards and smart ID (government, corporate, healthcare and all other types of smart ID cards) segments owned by such person and its AFFILIATED UNDERTAKINGS.
