Patient Patient definition

Patient Patient s representative” means a patient’s legal guardian, an individual acting on behalf of a patient with the written consent of the patient, or a surrogate as defined in A.R.S. § 36-3201.

Related to Patient Patient

  • Patient means a person who is undergoing medical or other treatment as an in-patient in any hospital or similar institution;

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.
