Pay Application definition

Pay Application means the application for payment submitted by A/E as discussed in Article IV below.

More Definitions of Pay Application

Pay Application means and consists of a properly completed AIA G702 form, and AIA G703 form. If you choose to include your standard company invoice in addition to these items that is fine, however to be clear an invoice is not a pay application and will not release payment.
