Pay Subscriber Base definition

Pay Subscriber Base means all Active Pay Subscribers of the HITS OPERATOR (including that of its affiliates/JVs/subsidiaries which are part of the Agreement). However, the subscriber who have subscribed only for FTA channels and /or have taken ZEE Group channels purely on Bouquet basis shall be excluded from Pay Subscriber Base.

  • The “penetration based incentive” under ‘Incentives on SD Bouquet and HD Channels’ in Annexure H shall mean the incentive provided to the Affiliate in order to ensure that each Channel of Broadcaster forming part of the Bouquet is made available to threshold limit % of the monthly average active Pay Subscriber Base for the entire term of the Agreement as per the option selected by the Affiliate.

Related to Pay Subscriber Base

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • Investor means the Buyer, any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a Buyer assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement, and any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a transferee or assignee assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Minimum Subscription means the minimum subscription for Shares as specified in the relevant Supplement.
