Paying Agent Account definition

Paying Agent Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Escrow and Paying Agent Agreements.

Paying Agent Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(v).

Paying Agent Account means the account of the Issuer (if any) maintained with the Principal Paying Agent pursuant to the Agency Agreement.
