Payment Brand Rules definition

Payment Brand Rules are the bylaws, rules, and regulations, as they exist from time to time, of the Payment Brands.
Payment Brand Rules means all rules, regulations, by-laws, standards and procedures adopted and/or amended from time to time by the Payment Brands (including, without limitation, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), and each relevant bank and Card Issuer.
Payment Brand Rules means all rules, regulations, by-laws, _ under registration number standards and procedures adopted and/or amended from time to . T1 Payments provides, among other things, Card payment processing services which allows T1 Payments to clear payments for purchases of Merchant’s products and services via Cards. Merchant requests to have such payment processing services provided to it and T1 Payments agrees to provide such services subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained and intending to be legally bound by the provisions of this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:

Examples of Payment Brand Rules in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the terms of this Agreement must be amended pursuant to a change required by the Payment Brand Rules or any third party with jurisdiction over the matters described herein, such amendment will be effective immediately.

  • The Payment Brand Rules, Application, Terms and Conditions, taxpayer identification and certification documentation, and all schedules, supplements, and attachments are made a part of this Agreement for all purposes.

  • Furthermore, Merchant may be contacted by Chase Paymentech or a third party contracted by Chase Paymentech who will need to gain access to Merchant’s business operation to perform a site visit and inspection (the “Site Visit”) in compliance with Payment Brand Rules.

  • Merchant acknowledges that failure to fulfill a Retrieval Request timely and in accordance with Payment Brand Rules may result in an irreversible Chargeback.

  • If Merchant operates an ecommerce website, Chase Paymentech is obligated under the Payment Brand Rules to investigate the contents of such website, either directly or through review of screen shots presented to Chase Paymentech by Merchant (the “Website Inspection”).

  • Merchant’s payment transactions will be processed by T1 Payments pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Payment Brand Rules, program rules and policies of its third party processors, and all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You agree to store and retain Transaction Data in compliance with the Payment Brand Rules.

  • Subject to Payment Brand Rules, Chase Paymentech may assign or transfer this Agreement and its rights and obligations hereunder and may delegate its duties hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party, whether in connection with a change in sponsorship, as set forth in the preceding sentence, or otherwise, without notice to or consent of Merchant.

  • T1 Payments may amend this Agreement to take into account changes in Payment Brand Rules, law or regulations or industry mandates and to accommodate changes imposed on T1 Payments, and to make other changes deemed necessary by T1 Payments, by sending Merchant an amendment to the Agreement, or making the amendment to the Agreement available upon a webpage located on the Internet in a manner that manifests Merchant’s signature or other assent to the amendment as part of this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise expressly stated in Schedule A, your pricing is based on all Transactions qualifying under the Payment Brand Rules for the lowest Payment Brand interchange rates.

Related to Payment Brand Rules

  • Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).

  • payment system means a funds transfer system with formal and standardised arrangements and common rules for the processing, clearing and/or settlement of payment transactions;

  • Payment Network means a debit or credit network (such as the ACH Network or ACCEL / Exchange payment network) through which funds may be transferred.

  • Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;
