Payment Deferment and Due Date Change Policies definition

Payment Deferment and Due Date Change Policies means the Payment Deferment Policy and the Due Date Change Policy attached to the Sale and Servicing Agreement as Exhibit D, as such policies may be amended from time to time, with the prior written consent of the Note Insurer.

  • Liquidity Event of Default with respect to any Liquidity Facility, has the meaning assigned to such term in such Liquidity Facility.
