Change Policy. The Client(s) acknowledge that if the RCIC is asked to act on the Client(s) behalf on matters other than those outlined above in this Agreement, or because of a material change in the Client(s) circumstances, or because of material facts not disclosed at the outset of the application, or because of a change in government legislation regarding the processing of immigration-related applications, the Agreement can be modified accordingly upon mutual agreement.
Change Policy. Owner reserves the right to deny any requested reservation change for any reason. Individual nights on a reservation may not be canceled separately by requesting a reservation change. The reservation is for the full time period reserved without modification.

Camp changes may only happen if there is room in the camp your child(ren) wishes to change to. Payment Options/Discounts ● Early Bird Discount - Register and pay in full by March 31st to receive a 20% savings on camp. This savings does not apply to before and after care, swim lessons or camp lunches and cannot be combined with any other promotional discount ● Please note, discounts cannot be combined. This includes but is not limited to any promotional discounts received at Xxxxxxx Events or Xxxxxxx Sponsored Activities. ● All camp paperwork must be completed and turned in with payment to receive a discount. ● Before and After Care – Before Care and After Care are an additional fee of $20 PER DAY or $75 PER WEEK per camper. Pricing is for both before and after care combined and cannot be prorated for partial care on any given day or week. Before Care begins at 7:30am and runs until camp begins at 9:00am daily. Aftercare begins at 4pm and runs until 6pm daily. By registering my child(ren) for Xxxxxxx Summer Camps I am in agreement that I have read and understand Xxxxxxx Clubs payment policy. I acknowledge that all payments in full, or on a payment plan, must be made on or before the first of the month of the camp that my child will attend. I understand that my child is not fully registered for the camp program until payment is made in full and all required paperwork is completed.

However, making an additional third cancellation or change (per child) before the deadline, will result in a $50 fee per change. All registrations are obligated for payment of one camp week via the non-refundable registration deposit of $50.00. PAST DUE ACCOUNT: Banglewood reserves the right to use the $50.00 non-refundable deposit as payment for camp tuition and fees if an account becomes past due. A new $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be required before a child may attend Banglewood for any remaining registered camp weeks. TO MAKE CAMP WEEK CANCELLATION OR CHANGES PRIOR TO May 1: All camp week cancellation or change requests must be made in writing, via email, and must be approved by the Banglewood Director. You will receive a confirmation email. (All changes and additions of camp weeks subject to available space). T-SHIRT POLICY: Children are required to wear their Banglewood t-shirt on all field trips and to the pool. If a camper arrives at camp without the required t-shirt, another will be issued at a charge of $20.00.
