Payment Election Form definition

Payment Election Form means and refer to the written election by a Participant, in the form prescribed by the Committee, to voluntarily defer the payment of all or a portion of such Participant's Compensation under this Plan pursuant to Article II hereof.
Payment Election Form means a form required to be used by Participants to elect the time and form of benefit payments under Section 7.1 of the Plan.

Payment Election Form means the form approved and used by the Administrator for the Participant to elect distributions from his Account.
