Payment Election Form definition

Payment Election Form means a form required to be used by Participants to elect the time and form of benefit payments under Section 7.1 of the Plan.
Payment Election Form means and refer to the written election by a Participant, in the form prescribed by the Committee, to voluntarily defer the payment of all or a portion of such Participant's Compensation under this Plan pursuant to Article II hereof.
Payment Election Form means the form substantially in the form attached hereto

Examples of Payment Election Form in a sentence

  • An Eligible Trustee may elect to direct the Funds to pay some or all of the Compensation otherwise payable to him only as deferred compensation under this Plan by submitting to the Plan Administrator a Deferral and Payment Election Form (as such form is prescribed by the Plan Administrator from time to time).

  • Amendment of Payment Election Form" means a written notice, in a form prescribed by the Company, filed with the Company by a Participant to change the manner in which such Participant's Deferral Benefits are to be paid.

Payment Election Form means the form provided by the Committee from time to time in which Participants make payment elections pursuant to Section H below.
