Payment Obligation and Class Release Date means when the Final Approval of the Settlement can no longer be appealed by an objector in the event of an objection, or in the absence of an objection by an objector, five (5) days after entry of Judgment. All payments required by this Settlement shall be made within fifteen (15) days of the Payment Obligation and Class Release Date.
