Requests for Review. When an employee feels the workload, when balanced over a reasonable period of time, is significantly greater than it should be, the employee may discuss the matter with his/her supervisor in the presence of a Xxxxxxx or designated Union Representative. If the matter is not resolved, the employee may request the Union to address the issue at a joint Union- Management Committee meeting at which the employee and the supervisor shall be present.

Requests for Review. Within fifteen (15) workdays after receiving the decision of the principal or the grievant's head administrator if the grievant is not assigned to any individual school, the grievant, through the Union, may appeal to the Director of Employee Engagement. Copies of the original grievance, the appeal and any decision rendered shall be forwarded to the Director of Employee Engagement with the request to review.

Unless the Courts order otherwise, motions for directions that do not relate specifically to the matters affecting the Quebec Action shall be determined by the Ontario Court.
