Payment Plan Provider definition

Payment Plan Provider means the party with whom You have entered into Your Payment Plan Agreement, which may include Apple, an Apple Authorised Reseller, or a third-party financing institution.
Payment Plan Provider means the individual, corporation, company and/or entity providing the funds to the Contract Holder for the purchase of the Authorized Product in which such funds shall be re-paid by the Contract Holder to either the Producer or Payment Plan Provider over the course of time.
