Authorized Product definition

Authorized Product means a prod- uct that would be defined as insurance under section 302(c) of the Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act (Pub. L. 106–102, 113 Stat. 1338, 1407) (GLBA) (15 U.S.C. 6712) that, as of January 1, 1999, the OCC had determined in writing that national banks may provide as principal or na- tional banks were in fact lawfully pro- viding the product as principal, and as of that date no court of relevant juris- diction had, by final judgment, over- turned a determination by the OCC that national banks may provide the product as principal. An authorized product does not include title insur- ance, or an annuity contract the in- come of which is subject to treatment under section 72 of the Internal Rev- enue Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. 72).

Authorized Product means any product that is in the same form as a New Product approved under a NDA held by Medicis or its sublicensee but is relabeled and marketed as a generic product.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, any sales of New Product by Medicis to a distributor or sublicensee for the purpose of creating an Authorized Product and sold by Medicis shall not be subject to the foregoing royalty, but any revenues Medicis receives from the sale of such Authorized Product by such distributor or sublicensee shall be subject to the revenue share in Section 6.5 below.

• When EBT is implemented, make available the WIC Authorized Product “UPC/PLU” List file, the WIC Invalid PAN List (Hot Card List) file, Auto Reconciliation and Error files for previously submitted WIC EBT Claim files.

More Definitions of Authorized Product

Authorized Product means any product (a) that is composed of components authorized for use by EMulate, (b) that transmits the magnetic field encoded by one or more Cognates in a manner approved by EMulate, and (c) the use, sale, lease, rental, importation or manufacture of which would, but for the license granted to Hapbee hereunder, either infringe a Valid Claim of the EMulate Patents or use EMulate Know-How in the Territory.

Authorized Product is defined in Section 2.6(a)(iii).

Authorized Product means any integrated circuit (including test chips) that: (i) is manufactured by an Authorized Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Embedded Memory Blocks; or (ii) is manufactured by an Integrated Device Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Embedded Memory Blocks; or (iii) is manufactured by an Authorized Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Stand Alone Memory Blocks; or (iv) is manufactured by an Integrated Device Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Stand Alone Memory Blocks.

Authorized Product means an integrated circuit that is authorized by MIPS to incorporate processor cores designed by or under license from MIPS.

Authorized Product means all Program-eligible products and services, including all related accessories, parts and servicing, as outlined in the Operating Procedures or any other Program materials. The list of products and services constituting Authorized Products may be amended from time to time by Bank and Sponsor, with notice to Merchant, which may be done by email.

Authorized Product means either a debt cancellation agreement or debt suspension agreement as defined herein but does not include any other insurance products that a bank may underwrite as principal as authorized by Section 302 of the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 (Pub.L. 106‑102).

Authorized Product means product(s) identified in section B of this Agreement and the corresponding written Addendum's, if any, referred to therein.
