Authorized Product means any product (a) that is composed of components authorized for use by EMulate, (b) that transmits the magnetic field encoded by one or more Cognates in a manner approved by EMulate, and (c) the use, sale, lease, rental, importation or manufacture of which would, but for the license granted to Hapbee hereunder, either infringe a Valid Claim of the EMulate Patents or use EMulate Know-How in the Territory.

Authorized Product means any integrated circuit (including test chips) that: (i) is manufactured by an Authorized Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Embedded Memory Blocks; or (ii) is manufactured by an Integrated Device Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Embedded Memory Blocks; or (iii) is manufactured by an Authorized Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Stand Alone Memory Blocks; or (iv) is manufactured by an Integrated Device Manufacturer and contains or is substantially manufactured using PMC Technology as Stand Alone Memory Blocks.
