Payment Reduction Notice has the meaning set out in Section 2.06(1).
Commitment Reduction Notice has the meaning given that term in Section 2.13.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Acceptance and Prepayment Notice means a notice of the Borrower’s acceptance of the Acceptable Discount in substantially the form of Exhibit M.
Payment Notice has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.06(c).
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Prepayment Notice means a notice by the Borrower to prepay Loans, which shall be in such form as the Appropriate Party may approve.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank or any similar or analogous notice from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Discounted Prepayment Option Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(ii).
Repayment Notice Each notice required to be delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3 in respect of any reduction in the Facility Amount or repayment of Advances Outstanding, in the form of Exhibit A-2.
Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Discount Range Prepayment Response Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).
Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Redemption/Distribution Notice has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(e) of Annex I.
Specified Discount Prepayment Response Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(B)(1).
Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
Proposed Reduction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.
Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
