Payment Settlement Date definition

Payment Settlement Date means the 20th Business Day following the Note to which the Redemption Request relates has been surrendered to the Paying Agent by the Noteholder Custody Bank (in case of Early Redemption at the Option of the Noteholder) or to the Clearing System (in case of Early Redemption at the Option of the Issuer).

Examples of Payment Settlement Date in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no Compensatory Payments shall, except as provided in Section 3.03(b) and Section 3.03(c), be made under this Agreement other than on the Compensatory Payment Settlement Date.

  • For purpose of payment to Parent of the Payment Differential, Parent Common Stock shall be valued at the Parent Common Stock Price based upon the Payment Settlement Date instead of the Closing Date.

Related to Payment Settlement Date

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.

  • Purchase Contract Settlement Date means [ ].

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment.   • Mandatory Settlement Date means the earliest of:

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Termination Settlement Date means, for any Terminated Obligation, the date customary for settlement, substantially in accordance with the then-current market practice in the principal market for such Terminated Obligation (as determined by the Calculation Agent), of the sale of such Terminated Obligation with the trade date for such sale occurring on the related Termination Trade Date.

  • TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means the date of the settlement of any Successful Remarketing, which will be three Business Days after such Remarketing.

  • TARGET2 Settlement Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Early Settlement Date has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).

  • Default Settlement Method means Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes; provided, however, that the Company may, from time to time, change the Default Settlement Method by sending notice of the new Default Settlement Method to the Holders, the Trustee and the Conversion Agent.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $240,000 which is the total amount Standard agrees to pay under the Settlement, except as provided in Paragraph 8 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.
