PayPal Transaction definition

PayPal Transaction means a transaction using a PayPal-issued access method such as the PayPal payment card or a transaction via your PayPal Account.
PayPal Transaction means the entry by Lux Opco into the new PayPal processing agreement contemplated by the Acquisition Agreement.
