Payroll Schedule definition

Payroll Schedule. – means the schedule attached to the assignment contract issued by NES (or a revised schedule issued by NES from time to time) that provides details as to which NES fax number or email address Contractor’s timesheet should be submitted and the time and date by which it must be received by NES. For each region detailed in Appendix A, this schedule may vary.
