Assignment Contract definition

Assignment Contract means the contract between NCPA and Assignor and approved by the Western Area Power Administration, providing for the assignment of Assignor's Base Resource Percentage to NCPA.

Assignment Contract means the Government Services Catalogue Services Order relating to the development of the Gateway including the provision of Gateway live services from the AUTHORITY to CONTRACTOR dated July 2001;

• Neither party may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this MPC or any work order contract without the prior consent of the other and a fully executed Assignment Contract, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this MPC, or their successors in office.

• If the College decides to cancel an assignment in a Course Assignment Contract after a Bargaining Unit Faculty member has accepted and returned the Course Assignment Contract as set forth in Article 10, Tiers, Appointments & Assignments, the College shall offer a substitute course of equal unit value (if available) to the Bargaining Unit Faculty member (if qualified).

• For Bargaining Unit Faculty members who receive a Course Assignment Contract as a Salaried Adjunct or a Visiting Professor, those contracts shall run concurrently with their Appointment.

• The Independent Study Assignment Contract document has the course descriptions, objectives, study methods, evaluation methods and resources covered by this agreement.

• This schedule is to be included as a part of the Extra-Duty Assignment Contract.

• Upon completion of signatures below and the attached Assignment Contract for Master Agreement, the absence code "G" must be immediately posted to the student's attendance record for each day of the contract.

• Master Agreement, Assignment Contract, and work sample must be retained at the school site for three years for audit purposes.
