PC Access Services definition

PC Access Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.
PC Access Services means the provision by any Person of physical network access (irrespective of bandwidth or type of physical infrastructure such as cable, fiber optics, copper, fixed wireless or satellite) to online and/or internet services to end users of personal computers.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 5.3, neither AOL nor Licensor shall, either directly or through any Affiliate, use itself, or grant or license to any third party the right to use, the Licensed Products, Third Party Products, Documentation or AOL Services Content for the provision of PC Access Services or AOL-branded TV Access Services or Wireless Access Services within the Territory.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
