Pearl Valley Development definition

Pearl Valley Development means the development already constructed on the Land and known as the “Pearl Valley Golf and Country Estate”, which, comprises residential, sectional title units and other Xxxxx, including an 18-hole signature golf course, Club Facilities and such other proposed recreational or other facilities/amenities as may be built by the Developer from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion;
