Examples of Pensare Certificate of Incorporation in a sentence

  • At the Closing, subject to receipt of approval by the stockholders of Pensare at the Pensare Stockholder’s Meeting, Pensare shall amend and restate the Pensare Certificate of Incorporation to be as set forth on Exhibit A.
