Pension and Benefits Committee definition

Pension and Benefits Committee means the committee constituted to administer and supervise the Plan in accordance with Article XI. Prior to August, 2009, the Pension and Benefits Committee was known as the Pension Committee.
Pension and Benefits Committee means the Pension and Benefits Committee of Johnson & Johnson.
Pension and Benefits Committee means the person or persons or entity appointed to administer the Plan in accordance with the provisions of Section Fifteen of the Plan.
