Pension Funding Agreement definition

Pension Funding Agreement means that certain Settlement and Pension Funding Agreement dated as of January 26, 2018, by and among WEC, Plan Investor, the Consenting Claimholder and the PBGC, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit H.
Pension Funding Agreement means the agreement dated January 29, 1998 between the PBGC and the Company providing for additional funding by the Company to certain pension plans and the creation of a Lien in favor of the PBGC on certain land and assets of the Company.
Pension Funding Agreement means the agreement between the Borrower and the PBGC providing for the funding by the Borrower of certain unfunded pension liabilities of the Acquired Companies up to an amount of $15,000,000.
