Pension Interest Rate definition

Pension Interest Rate means, with respect to any Fund, the rate of interest per annum set forth for such Fund on Schedule 2.01.
Pension Interest Rate means, with respect to any Fund and such Fund’s Deferred Pension Payments, the rate of interest per annum set forth in such Fund’s Pension Trust as set forth on Schedule 1.01(g) (as supplemented or amended by a Joinder Agreement).

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove.
