Percentage of the capital means the ratio between the number of the owned capital shares and the number of all issued shares of the company capital, without taking into account the number of own shares, which the company may possess. The term “percentage of the capital rights” shall mean percentage of all share rights : right to dividend, right to subscribe new shares of capital increase, right to liquidation quota - in case of liquidation of the company, all assets, remaining after all claims of the creditors are paid or secured, are distributed among the shareholders proportionally to their capital share.
