Percentile Ranking definition

Percentile Ranking means the percentile ranking of the simple average of the Company's Return on Average Assets (ROAA) for the years in the Performance Period, as compared to the simple average ROAA of all public banks with between $1 billion and $2.5 billion in total assets, as measured and published by SNL Financial.
Percentile Ranking means the relative ranking of the Company based on the Company’s TSR for the Measurement Period compared to the TSR of each Index company for the same Measurement Period.
Percentile Ranking means the relative ranking of the Company based on the Company’s TSR for the applicable Measurement Period compared to the TSR of each member of the Peer Group for the same Measurement Period.

  • If the Percentile Ranking as determined under Section 3.2(a) puts the Corporation over the listed Percentile Ranking for the applicable Band (other than Band One) in Section 3.2(b), your Total Stockholder Return Performance Factor under Section 3.2(b) shall be interpolated on a linear basis.

  • The Company TSR Percentile Ranking will be determined as set forth in Section 2(c) below.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Exhibit A to the contrary, the number of Target Performance Units (and associated Dividend Equivalents) that become Earned Performance Units (and Earned Dividend Equivalents) based on the level of achievement of the metrics set forth in table above shall be adjusted, either upwards or downwards, based on AFG’s RTSR Percentile Ranking for the Performance Period, in accordance with the table below, as determined by the Compensation Committee.

More Definitions of Percentile Ranking

Percentile Ranking shall be calculated using the following formula, where N is equal to the total number of Peer Companies (including the Company) and “Company Rank” is a ranking of the Company’s TSR Performance over the Performance Period relative to the Peer Companies (such that the company with the highest TSR Performance is ranked number one):
Percentile Ranking means the Company's percentile ranking in ------------------ Total Shareholder Return relative to companies in the Peer Group in respect of a Performance Cycle. Such Percentile Ranking will be determined in accordance with procedures approved by the Committee.
Percentile Ranking means the relative ranking of the Company based on the Company’s TSR for the Measurement Period compared to the Peer Group TSR of each member of the Peer Group for the same Measurement Period. For this purpose, the Percentile Rank will be determined using Excel’s PercentRank.Inc function, including the Company’s TSR in the array, or such other comparable method if the Excel function does not exist at the time.

  • TSR means total shareholder return.

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.

  • Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • RTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments. Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance. Adjusted EPS may not be comparable to other similarly titled metrics of other companies.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Cumulative EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of the Company from the Existing Notes Issue Date to the end of the Company’s most recently ended full fiscal quarter prior to such date, taken as a single accounting period.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.
