Percentile Rank definition

Percentile Rank means the Company’s relative percentile positioning in respect of the TSR or ROAE, as applicable, of the other members of the Peer Group.

More Definitions of Percentile Rank

Percentile Rank means the percentile ranking of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return during the Performance Period relative to the Total Shareholder Return of each of the other companies that remain in the Company’s Peer Group on the last day of the Performance Period. The Company’s Percentile Rank will be determined by ranking the Company and the number of other companies that remain in the Peer Group on the last day of the Performance Period (the “Group Companies”) from the highest to lowest according to their respective Total Shareholder Return, then calculating the percentile ranking of the Company relative to the Group Companies as follows:
Percentile Rank means the percentile rank, expressed as a whole number instead of a percentage, of Total Unitholder Return relative to returns calculated on a similar basis on trust units of members of the Peer Comparison Group over the period commencing on or about the date the Performance Unit was granted and ending on or about the second business day preceding the Issue Date (the actual commencing and ending dates to be determined by the Committee, in its sole discretion);
Percentile Rank means, at any time when used to determine the Payout Multiplier applicable to adjust the number of Common Shares issuable pursuant to any PSU Award on a PSU Payment Date, the percentile rank, expressed as the nearest whole number, of Total Shareholder Return relative to returns calculated on a similar basis on common shares (or other equity securities, if applicable) of members of the Peer Comparator Group over the relevant Performance Period;
Percentile Rank. Means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s Percentile Rank for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members. Percentile Rank will be rounded to the nearest one tenth of a percentile using conventional rounding.
Percentile Rank means, with respect to any anniversary of the Execution Date, the Percentile Rank as such term is defined in the Form of Warrants attached hereto as Exhibit B except that the Performance Measurement Date shall be the date of such anniversary and the Initial Value Date shall be the date 364 days prior to such anniversary date.

Percentile Rank means the Company’s TSR relative to the TSR of the Peer Companies. Relative Total Shareholder Return will be determined by ranking the TSR of the Company and all of the Peer Companies from highest to lowest. After this ranking, the percentile rank of the Company’s TSR will be determined as follows: P = N – R N – 1 where: “P” represents the percentile rank which will be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest whole percentile by application of regular rounding. “N” represents the number of Peer Companies as of the last day of the last Performance Period, plus the Company. “R” represents the Company’s ranking among the Peer Companies.
