Performance Security Expiry Date definition

Performance Security Expiry Date has the meaning given in Article 5.2. "Permitted Events" means:
Performance Security Expiry Date has the meaning set out in Section 7.2.2.
Performance Security Expiry Date shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto in Article 9.3.

Related to Performance Security Expiry Date

  • Performance Security means monetary guarantee to be furnished by the successful Tenderer for due performance of the contract placed on it. Performance Security is also known as Security Deposit or Performance Bank Guarantee.

  • Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.

  • Performance Report has the meaning set out in clause 8.2;

  • Conditional Award means a conditional right to acquire Shares granted under the Plan;
