Examples of Performance Share Unit Award in a sentence

  • The Performance Share Unit Award Agreement is governed by and is to be construed according to the laws of the State of New York that apply to agreements made and performed in that state, without regard to its choice of law provisions.

  • If the Participant is terminated for Cause, the Performance Share Unit Award will be forfeited.

  • In accordance with, and subject to, the terms of the Plan, the Company hereby grants to Employee a Performance Share Unit Award (the “Award”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
