Settlement Level definition

Settlement Level means, with respect to an Index and a Valuation Date, the level determined as provided in the relevant Final Terms or, if no such level is so provided (a) the level of the relevant Index as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on the Valuation Date or (b) with respect to a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on the Valuation Date as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor or (c) if Averaging Dates are specified in the relevant Final Terms in respect of such Valuation Date, the arithmetic average as determined by theCalculation Agent (rounded down to the nearest unit of the relevant currency in which the Index is published, one half of a unit being rounded upwards) of the Reference Level on such Averaging Dates.
Settlement Level means, and subject as referred to in Automatic Early Expiration Valuation Date, Averaging Date, Knock-in Determination Day, Knock-out Determination Day, Observation Day, or Valuation Day, as the case may be:

More Definitions of Settlement Level

Settlement Level means, in respect of a Share Index and:

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Settlement Classes means all Persons included in the Electrolytic Settlement Classes and the Ontario Film Settlement Class.

  • Settlement Day means, in relation to a date, (i) with respect to a transfer of cash or other property (other than securities), the next Local Business Day and (ii) with respect to a transfer of securities, the first Local Business Day after such date on which settlement of a trade in the relevant securities, if effected on such date, would have been settled in accordance with customary practice when settling through the clearance system agreed between the parties for delivery of such securities or, otherwise, on the market in which such securities are principally traded (or, in either case, if there is no such customary practice, on the first Local Business Day after such date on which it is reasonably practicable to deliver such securities).

  • Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.

  • Action level means a rate of emissions of a hazardous air contaminant as specified in Appendix C or as may be determined under Section 5-261(3) of these regulations. Action Levels are used to determine the applicability of Section 5-261 to stationary sources and shall be derived in accordance with the method prescribed in Appendix E of these regulations.

  • Settlement Method means, with respect to any conversion of Notes, Physical Settlement, Cash Settlement or Combination Settlement, as elected (or deemed to have been elected) by the Company.

  • Settlement Interval has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Settlement Class Members means a member of a Settlement Class.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain.   • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Settlement Class Member means a member of a Settlement Class.

  • Ground Level means the level of the referred point of exposed surface of the ground as indicated in the drawing.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index

  • Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
