Periodic Payments means all installments or similar recurring payments that Borrower may now or hereafter become obligated to pay to Bank pursuant to the terms and provisions of any instrument, or agreement now or hereafter in existence between Borrower and Bank.
Periodic Payment means the regularly scheduled amount due for (i) principal and interest under the Note, plus (ii) any amounts under Section 3 of this Security Instrument.
Periodic Payment Requirement for any Calculation Period means the total dollar amount of Securitization Charge Collections reasonably calculated by the Servicer in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement as necessary to be received during such Calculation Period (after giving effect to the allocation and distribution of amounts on deposit in the Excess Funds Subaccount at the time of calculation and that are projected to be available for payments on the Securitization Bonds at the end of such Calculation Period and including any shortfalls in Periodic Payment Requirements for any prior Calculation Period) in order to ensure that, as of the last Payment Date occurring in such Calculation Period, (a) all accrued and unpaid interest on the Securitization Bonds then due shall have been paid in full on a timely basis, (b) the Outstanding Amount of the Securitization Bonds is equal to the Projected Unpaid Balance on each Payment Date during such Calculation Period, (c) the balance on deposit in the Capital Subaccount equals the Required Capital Level and (d) all other fees and expenses due and owing and required or allowed to be paid under Section 8.02 of the Indenture as of such date shall have been paid in full; provided, that, with respect to any Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment occurring after the date that is one year prior to the last Scheduled Final Payment Date for the Securitization Bonds, the Periodic Payment Requirements shall be calculated to ensure that sufficient Securitization Charges will be collected to retire the Securitization Bonds in full as of the next Payment Date.
Policy Payments Account means a separate special purpose trust account that is an Eligible Account, for the benefit of Holders of the Notes and the Credit Enhancer over which the Indenture Trustee has exclusive control and sole right of withdrawal.
Insurance Add-On Amount means the premium charged to the Obligor in the event that the Servicer obtains Force-Placed Insurance pursuant to Section 4.4.
Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount As of any date of determination, the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount shall equal the Initial Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount as reduced by (i) the aggregate amount of Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-off Date and (ii) any permissible reductions in the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount as evidenced by a letter of each Rating Agency to the Trustee to the effect that any such reduction will not result in a downgrading, qualification or withdrawal of the then current ratings assigned to the Classes of Certificates rated by it.
basic pay means the rate of pay negotiated by the parties to this Agreement, including add-to-pay resulting from salary protection.
Trade Accounts Payable of any Person means trade accounts payable of such Person with a maturity of not greater than 90 days incurred in the ordinary course of such Person's business.
Fraud Loss Coverage Amount As of the Closing Date, $2,748,787, subject to reduction from time to time, by the amount of Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates. In addition, on each anniversary of the Cut-off Date, the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount will be reduced as follows:
Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.
Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.
Annuity Payments The series of payments made to the Owner or any named payee after the Annuity Date under the Annuity Option selected. ANNUITY PERIOD: The period of time beginning with the Annuity Date during which Annuity Payments are made.
Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.
Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
Overpayments as used in this Section include payments (i) made by the System Agency that exceed the maximum allowable rates; (ii) that are not allowed under applicable laws, rules, or regulations; or (iii) that are otherwise inconsistent with this Grant Agreement, including any unapproved expenditures. Xxxxxxx understands and agrees that it shall be liable to the System Agency for any costs disallowed pursuant to financial and compliance audit(s) of funds received under this Grant Agreement. Xxxxxxx further understands and agrees that reimbursement of such disallowed costs shall be paid by Grantee from funds which were not provided or otherwise made available to Grantee under this Grant Agreement.
Special Hazard Loss Coverage Amount With respect to the first Distribution Date, $5,000,000. With respect to any Distribution Date after the first Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the greatest of (i) 1% of the aggregate of the principal balances of the Mortgage Loans, (ii) twice the principal balance of the largest Mortgage Loan and (iii) the aggregate of the principal balances of all Mortgage Loans secured by Mortgaged Properties located in the single California postal zip code area having the highest aggregate principal balance of any such zip code area and (b) the Special Hazard Loss Coverage Amount as of the Closing Date less the amount, if any, of Special Hazard Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Closing Date. All principal balances for the purpose of this definition will be calculated as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date after giving effect to Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans then due, whether or not paid.
Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 hereof.
Failed Bank Charge-Offs/Write-Downs means, with respect to any Shared- Loss Asset, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of reversals or charge-offs of Accrued Interest and charge-offs and write-downs of principal effected by the Failed Bank with respect to that Shared-Loss Asset as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank.
Initial Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount $226,715.
Rebate Amount means the amount, if any, required to be rebated to the United States pursuant to Section 148(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations and rulings thereunder.
Minimum Payment Due means the least payment amount, specified in the “Statement of Account”, required to be paid by the “Principal Cardholder” on or before the “Payment Due Date” in order to keep the “Card Account” active. “Past Due Amount” from previous “Billing Cycle” will form part of the “Minimum Payment Due”.
Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.
Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.)
Monetary Contribution means that part of the Public Benefits described as “Monetary Contribution” in clause 1 of Schedule 3 to be paid by the Developer to the City in accordance with this document. Occupation Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act.
Fraud Loss Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.
