Permissible Day definition

Permissible Day means any calendar days except for those days when you are prohibited by the Company's written policy from trading the Company's securities.

Related to Permissible Day

  • Required Beginning Date means April 1 of the calendar year following the later of:

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Eligibility Waiting Period means the continuous length of time you must be in Active Employment in an eligible class to reach your Eligibility Date.

  • Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;

  • Waiting Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31, except that the first Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on the Effective Date and end on December 31 of the year in which the Effective Date occurs and the last Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on January 1 of the year in which the Term ends and end on the last day of the Term.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Reporting Period shall begin on the first day of each calendar quarter and end on the last day of such calendar quarter.

  • Testing Date means each day which is: (i) the last day of the relevant Issuer's and the Guarantor's financial year in any year; or (ii) the last day of each of the first three quarters of the relevant Issuer's and the Guarantor's financial year in any year.

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Billing cycle or billing period means the period for which regular electricity bills as specified by the Commission, are prepared for different categories of consumers by the licensee;

  • Ending Date means the calendar date specified in the Notice of Intent as the date upon which lead - based paint abatement activities are completed.

  • Qualified Election Period means the six Plan Year period beginning with the Plan Year in which the Participant first becomes a Qualified Participant.

  • Applicable Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • Crediting Date means the date designated in the Adoption Agreement for crediting the amount of any Participant Deferral Credits or Employer Credits to the Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant.

  • Distribution Calendar Year means the calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required. For distributions beginning before the Participant’s death, the first distribution calendar year is the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year which contains the Participant’s required beginning date. The required minimum distribution for the Participant’s first distribution calendar year will be made on or before the Participant’s required beginning date. The required minimum distribution for other distribution calendar years, including the required minimum distribution for the distribution calendar year in which the Participant’s required beginning date occurs, will be made on or before December 31 of that distribution calendar year.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.

  • Collateral Release Period means, each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • Free Period means any Period other than the Prohibited Period.
