Permitted Areas definition

Permitted Areas means the public skywalk, Northwest Passage, and DECC Arena concourse when open to the general public and shall be referred to as the “Permitted Areas”.
Permitted Areas means any area outside of the Town limits where an off-highway vehicle may be operated.
Permitted Areas means those areas within VIIS for which VIIS has issued a Special Use Permit to the Developer for use by Developer in the conduct of due diligence activities or to aid in the construction of the Initial and Phased Improvements. The areas anticipated to be Permitted Areas for the Initial Phase of the Phased Improvements are depicted on Exhibit C attached hereto.

Examples of Permitted Areas in a sentence

  • When conducting due diligence activities during the term of this Agreement, Developer must at all times maintain any Permitted Areas in good condition and repair and must be kept free of trash, debris and unnatural material.

  • Equipment and other materials may not be stored on Permitted Areas without NPS' prior written consent.

  • The Municipality reserves the right to complete an inspection report in respect of the Permitted Areas at the commencement and termination of this Agreement.

  • Furthermore, Subtenant shall not have access to or otherwise enter the Premises except for the Permitted Areas.

  • Subcontractor is restricted and limited to any and all areas where the “SignEase” Equipment and or “SignEase” Service is legal and permissible (the “Permitted Areas”), and it is the sole responsibility of Subcontractor to be familiar with and understand the Permitted Areas.

  • In the event of a health, safety, or other risk related situation, the School Corporation may access the Permitted Areas and Amenities without notice.

  • The School Corporation grants ▇▇▇▇▇ a license to use, subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Permitted Areas and Amenities and ▇▇▇▇▇ accepts such license, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Also on the Lease Execution Date, NPS shall issue a building permit for construction of the Initial Improvements, together with the special use permit(s) for the construction to be performed within the Permitted Areas as part of the Initial Improvements.


More Definitions of Permitted Areas

Permitted Areas means the lands subject to reclamation or remediation in connection with the Remaining Permits.
Permitted Areas has the meaning given in Section 7.3 of the Agreement.
Permitted Areas means the lands comprising the claims and the blocks.
Permitted Areas means the areas within a commercial or private establishment where a subcontractor is permitted to go in accordance with the property.

The Permitted Areas shall not be part of the Premises.
Permitted Areas means those areas of the Project Area subject to the special use permit to be issued to Developer pursuant to Section 5.1(b) below for construction by Developer of those Initial Improvements which will be off-Premises improvements (including ), and to any other areas of Fort ▇▇▇▇▇ subject to a special use permit(s) issued by NPS to Developer. The areas anticipated to be Permitted Areas for the Initial Improvements are depicted on Exhibit C attached hereto.

Related to Permitted Areas

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Project site that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Project site during non- business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and

  • Controlled area means an area, outside of a restricted area but inside the site boundary, access to which can be limited by the licensee or registrant for any reason.

  • Restricted Area means the United States of America.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).
