Permitted Areas definition

Permitted Areas means the public skywalk, Northwest Passage, and DECC Arena concourse when open to the general public and shall be referred to as the “Permitted Areas”.
Permitted Areas means any area outside of the Town limits where an off-highway vehicle may be operated.
Permitted Areas means those areas of Fort Xxxxx subject to the special use permits to be issued pursuant to the Lease Disposition and Development Agreement, or this Lease, if applicable, for construction of those Initial Improvements that will be off-Premises improvements, and to any other areas of Fort Xxxxx subject to a special use permit(s) issued by Landlord to Tenant. The Permitted Areas shall not be part of the Premises.

More Definitions of Permitted Areas

Permitted Areas means those areas within VIIS for which VIIS has issued a Special Use Permit to the Developer for use by Developer in the conduct of due diligence activities or to aid in the construction of the Initial and Phased Improvements. The areas anticipated to be Permitted Areas for the Initial Phase of the Phased Improvements are depicted on Exhibit C attached hereto.
Permitted Areas means the lands subject to reclamation or remediation in connection with the Remaining Permits.
Permitted Areas means those areas of the Project Area subject to the special use permit to be issued to Developer pursuant to Section 5.1(b) below for construction by Developer of those Initial Improvements which will be off-Premises improvements (including ), and to any other areas of Fort Xxxxx subject to a special use permit(s) issued by NPS to Developer. The areas anticipated to be Permitted Areas for the Initial Improvements are depicted on Exhibit C attached hereto.
Permitted Areas has the meaning given in Section 7.3 of the Agreement.
Permitted Areas means the lands comprising the claims and the blocks.
Permitted Areas means the areas within a commercial or private establishment where a subcontractor is permitted to go in accordance with the property.

Related to Permitted Areas

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ xxxxxxxx, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and (iii) the areas defined as Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy.

  • Controlled area means an area, outside of a restricted area but inside the site boundary, access to which can be limited by the licensee or registrant for any reason.

  • Restricted Area means an area, access to which is limited by the licensee or registrant for the purpose of protecting individuals against undue risks from exposure to sources of radiation. Restricted area does not include areas used as residential quarters, but separate rooms in a residential building may be set apart as a restricted area.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations.   • designated area means any area which may from time to time be designated by Order in Council under the Continental Shelf Act 1964 as an area within which the rights of the United Kingdom with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources may be exercised;

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Constrained Area means: (a) the In-City area, including any areas subject to transmission constraints within the In-City area that give rise to significant locational market power; and (b) any other area in the New York Control Area that has been identified by the ISO as subject to transmission constraints that give rise to significant locational market power, and that has been approved by the Commission for designation as a Constrained Area. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Control” with respect to Unforced Capacity shall mean the ability to determine the quantity or price of offers to supply Unforced Capacity from a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier submitted into an ICAP Spot Market Auction; but excluding ISP UCAP MW or UCAP from an RMR Generator. For purposes of Section 23.4.5.7 “CRIS MW” shall mean the MW of Capacity for which CRIS was assigned to a Generator or UDR project pursuant to ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z).

  • Unrestricted area means an area to which access is neither limited nor controlled by the licensee or registrant. For purposes of these rules, “uncontrolled area” is an equivalent term.
