Permitted Cash Equivalents definition

Permitted Cash Equivalents means:
Permitted Cash Equivalents means time deposits of, or certificates of deposit issued by, BofA that, in each instance, are acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Permitted Cash Equivalents securities issued by the United States government or any agency or instrumentality of the United States government having maturities of not more than two (2) years from the date of acquisition;

More Definitions of Permitted Cash Equivalents

Permitted Cash Equivalents means, at any date of determination, (i) certificates of deposit or bankers' acceptances maturing within one year after such date and issued or accepted by the Agent and (ii) subject to agreement of the Agent and the Company to mutually satisfactory custodial arrangements, other Cash Equivalents (except that commercial paper described in clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Cash Equivalents shall have a rating of at least A-1 from S&P or P-1 from Moody's).
Permitted Cash Equivalents means any of the following:
Permitted Cash Equivalents means Obligations described in clauses (a) and (b) of the definition of Cash Equivalents.
Permitted Cash Equivalents means (i) marketable direct obligations issued or unconditionally guaranteed by the United States of America or any agency thereof maturing within one year from the date of acquisition thereof, (ii) commercial paper maturing no more than one year from the date of creation thereof and currently having the highest rating obtainable from either Standard & Poor’s Ratings Group or Mxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc., (iii) certificates of deposit maturing no more than one year from the date of creation thereof issued by (A) the Business Bank, a Minnesota corporation, or (B) commercial banks incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, each having combined capital, surplus and undivided profits of not less than $300,000,000 and having a senior unsecured rating of “A” or better by a nationally recognized rating agency (an “A Rated Bank”), (iv) time deposits maturing no more than 30 days from the date of creation thereof with A Rated Banks and (v) investments in mutual funds that invest solely in one or more of the investments described in clauses (i) through (iv) above.
