Permitted Facility Reconveyed Contracts means Reconveyed Contracts transferred to a Borrower from a Permitted Facility for the purpose of enabling such Borrower to immediately thereafter transfer such Contracts to a different Permitted Facility.
Purchased Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1(a).
Related Contracts is defined in clause (c) of Section 2.1.
Excluded Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Subject Assets is defined in Section 2.2(c).
