Permitted Interruption definition

Permitted Interruption has the meaning set forth in Section 5.
Permitted Interruption means a cessation of the operation of the Business for a period not to exceed fifteen days, provided that during such period of interruption the Company shall continue to pay its employees pursuant to its compensation policies in effect immediately prior to the cessation of operations and for each day of such interruption shall compensate employees that receive compensation in the form of tips an additional amount equal to the average daily tip compensation received by such employees.
Permitted Interruption has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).

Examples of Permitted Interruption in a sentence

  • The Company shall not be required in the notice of a Permitted Interruption to disclose the cause for such Permitted Interruption, and each Holder agrees that it will not disclose receipt of a notice of Permitted Interruption to any Person.

  • The Company hereby agrees to notify each of the Holders of Registrable Securities of the occurrence of, and the termination of, each Permitted Interruption and/or Necessary Interruption (the nature and pendency of which need not be disclosed during such Permitted Interruption and/or Necessary Interruption).

  • If a Permitted Interruption affects the Shelf Registration Statement during the Registration Period, the Company agrees to notify each of the Holders so affected by a Permitted Interruption as promptly as practicable upon each of the commencement and termination of each Permitted Interruption.
