The Dentist agrees that in no event, including but not limited to nonpayment by SDC, insolvency of SDC, or breach of this Agreement, shall the Dentist bill, charge, collect a deposit from, seek remuneration or reimbursement from, or have any recourse against, a Subscriber, Covered Person, or person acting on behalf of the Covered Person, for dental services provided pursuant to this Agreement.
Provider and each Contracted Provider agree that in no event, including but not limited to non-payment by a Payor, a Payor’s insolvency, or breach of this Agreement, shall Provider or a Contracted Provider bill, charge, collect a deposit from, seek compensation, remuneration or reimbursement from, or have any recourse against a Covered Person or person acting on the Covered Person’s behalf, other than Payor, for Covered Services provided under this Agreement.

All references to the term "Person" or "person" herein shall mean any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation (including, without limitation, any corporation which elects subchapter S status under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended), limited liability company, limited liability partnership, business trust, unincorporated association, joint stock company, trust, joint venture or other entity or any government or any agency, instrumentality or political subdivision thereof.
