  • Subject to the provisions and fulfillment of the conditions of this Policy, the Company agrees to pay to the Person to whom the Benefits are payable, the Benefits on the happening of the events in respect of which such person shall have furnished proof of happening of the event to the satisfaction of the Company, whereupon the Benefits are expressed to be payable.

  • All taxes, duties, levies or impositions, including without limitation, any sale, use, value added service or other taxes, as may be imposed now or in future by any authority on the premiums and other sums payable to RLIC or RLIC’s obligations under the Policy or the Benefits payable under the Policy or in any way relating to this Policy, shall be borne and paid by the Master Policyholder or the Person to whom the Benefits are payable, as the case may be.
