Personal Data Protection Laws definition

Personal Data Protection Laws means: the European Union General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the United Kingdom Data Protection Act of 2018, and any other similar and applicable laws and regulations protecting Personal Data.
Personal Data Protection Laws means all applicable laws and regulations (including amendments to the laws and regulations and regulatory guidance) regulating data privacy and/or Personal Data in Singapore;
Personal Data Protection Laws means Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2564 (as amended) and the relevant laws.

Personal Data Protection Laws means Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms in its current version, European Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Personal Data Protection Laws mean the GDPR, EU Directives 2002/58/EC and 2009/136/EC (as transposed in and adapted to the domestic legislation of the EU Member States) or any other similar laws or regulations applicable to the User or the Transporter in any part of the world, always as amended and effective.
Personal Data Protection Laws means any Law relating to the collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of information about an identifiable individual, including Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Privacy (Chile).
