Personal Purchase definition

Personal Purchase means a purchase of goods and services, the requirement for which is not for the County or any of its purposes, but is personal to the person requesting the purchase. ( See Section 16.5)

Personal Purchase. – shall mean a purchase of goods, services and facilities, the requirement for which is not for the Township or any of its purposes, but is personal to the person requesting the purchase.

Personal Purchase means a purchase of Goods and/or Services requested by an elected official, an appointed official or by any other employee of the Municipality that is not required for the purposes of the Municipality or a Local Board;
