Personnel Commission definition

Personnel Commission means the non-partisan public body responsible for the 28 administration of the (merit system) classification, selection, retention, and promotion of 29 classified employees in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Unified School District. 30
Personnel Commission means a committee appointed by the Bishop to assist in the selection of an incumbent for a given parish made up of members of that parish.

  • In order to qualify for a language differential, the employee must meet English and non-English or sign language proficiency standards prescribed by the Personnel Commission.

  • Employees being reinstated from layoff under reemployment rights as defined by Personnel Commission Rules and Regulations will be considered current employees.
