Pesticides definition

Pesticides means chemicals in either of the following subcategories:
Pesticides means chemicals that are used to kill weeds, pests, particularly insects.
Pesticides means pesticides regulated under the Pesticide Control Act of British Columbia.

Pesticides means a pesticide regulated under the Pesticides Act (Ontario).
Pesticides means plant protection products and biocidal products as defined in Article 2 of Directive 91/414/EEC and in Article 2 of Directive 98/8/EC, respectively.
