Consumer Services. The Distribution Franchisee, on request of the Consumer, to the extent that is reasonably available to the Distribution Franchisee, shall provide:
a) Information on all services provided by the Distribution Franchisee including information on the charges, which may be available to the Consumers;
b) Information on meter readings for the electricity services provided to the Consumer premises by the Distribution Franchisee in the Franchise Area; and
c) Information on the status of the Consumer’s account with the Distribution Franchisee.
d) Any other information as per law or regulation, in this regard, applicable to licensee.
Consumer Services i. The County shall pay for only services to DD referred consumers authorized to receive the direct services (s) type, which the County has agreed to support.
ii. Clients will be assisted in accessing DVR services per the DDA/DVR MOU. Client services shall not be reimbursed under this Program Agreement when the same services paid for under Rehabilitation Act of 1973 by DVR, Public Law 94-142 or any other source of public or private funding.
Consumer Services. (a) The Lessee shall use its best efforts to develop and operate at the Premises a premier world-class retail program that will support and advance the role of the Premises in providing a convenient and comfortable arrival to and departure from the Airport, consistent with the image and status of New York City as a foremost domestic gateway and America’s foremost international gateway. The Lessee’s retail program shall embody the Lessee’s full commitment to quality, value and customer service, evidence operations in accordance with the best industry practices, evidence compliance with the Port Authority’s maximum standards with regard to service, health, sanitation and safety, and evidence Lessee’s full commitment to the maximum financial return to the Lessee and the Port Authority. A “premier world-class” retail program is one that consistently scores within the top ten percent (10%) of industry-recognized surveys, including without limitation the International Airline Transport Association (IATA) Airport Monitor and Port Authority-sponsored surveys, which contain evaluations or ratings of passenger terminal retail programs, or specific components thereof, of the same type or class.
(1) The Lessee acknowledges that various portions of the Premises will be utilized for consumer services and said portions which receive the concurrence of the Lessee and the Port Authority, as hereinafter provided, are herein referred to as the “Concession Areas”. Without limiting the provisions of Section 64 hereof entitled “The Lessee’s Ongoing Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity and Local Business Enterprises Commitment”, the Lessee shall develop and submit to the Port Authority within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date for its approval a comprehensive plan for consumer services, setting forth, inter alia: (1) the types of concessions to be placed there and the number of each type and size, designated location, and configuration of each concession, as well as the overall plan of the portions of the Premises designated for retail operations; (2) the minimum rentals required for each type of concession; (3) the structure and level of any common area maintenance fees, marketing fees, delivery fees, and utility recoveries (to the extent permitted) to be charged to the retail sublessees;

Consumer Services. The Grantee shall adhere to all applicable FCC regulations relating to customer service obligations, and shall not contest any decision by the City, the Cable Commission or the Cable Administrator to enforce FCC standards in accordance with federal or local law.
25.1 Consumer Services Plan ---------------------- Pursuant and in addition to Section 4-280-220(E) of the Cable Ordinance and Grantee Application, the Grantee shall submit to the Cable Commission a detailed Consumer Services Plan (the "Consumer Services Plan") sixty (60) days prior to commencement of service to its first subscriber. Such plan shall, at a minimum, demonstrate that the facilities, personnel, repair, complaint and adjustment procedures, telephone and other information systems of the Grantee are sufficient to ensure timely, efficient and effective services to consumers. The Grantee's Consumer Services Plan shall also be consistent with the highest standards of the cable television industry and the requirements set forth in this Agreement, in applicable FCC regulations, and in Sections 4-280-270(B) and 0-000-000 of the Cable Ordinance.
25.2 Business Offices and Personnel ------------------------------ Pursuant and in addition to Section 4-280-270(B) of the Cable Ordinance, the Grantee shall establish and maintain such business offices and provide personnel, telephone service and other equipment, as needed, to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to consumers. Such personnel shall include one person designated by the Grantee to act as a liaison between the Grantee and the City regarding consumer service issues. All business offices of the Grantee shall have a locally fisted telephone number with an access line available to subscribers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Grantee's business offices shall be open, at a minimum, during the hours set forth in the Grantee's Application (including one (1) evening per week and/or on the weekends.) Additionally, at various times during the day, the Grantee shall cablecast the address, telephone number and office hours of its business offices on a local origination channel received by all subscribers.
Consumer Services. At all times during the Term of this Agreement, Licensee shall maintain a toll-free telephone number and/or Internet website (such information to be listed on each Licensed Article) to receive and respond to consumer calls, questions or complaints related to the Licensed Articles.
Consumer Services. 2.1 Seller will continue to handle and record consumer contracts relevant to the Products in accordance with existing practices of the Seller.
Consumer Services. At all times during the Term of this Agreement, Licensee shallmaintain a toll free telephone number and/or Internet website to receive and respond to consumercalls, questions or complaints related to the Licensed Articles. All packaging for the Licensed Articles shall bear the toll free telephone number and/or website for consumers to contact Licensee. If requested to do so by Licensor, and in compliance with privacy laws within the Licensed Territory, Licensee shall provide Licensor with copies of its call logs detailing the datesof all calls, email messages, or other consumer feedback, as well as customer locations and subject matter of the calls.

Consumer Services. Object Code. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AJI hereby grants to the KK, under all of AJI's Intellectual Property Rights in the Japanese language version of the Consumer Services Software, a fee-bearing, exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted herein), license to use, operate, distribute, display, reproduce and exploit the Object Code for the Consumer Service Software, for the sole purpose of developing, operating, providing, marketing and maintaining Consumer Services in the Consumer Field of Use. Such license does not include any ownership right to the Source Code for any AJ Software or Licensed Software. The exclusivity of such license shall be within the Territory including with respect to AJI and AJI's licensors, except to the extent that any application hosted or customized for use outside the Territory by the nature of the Internet is available to end users accessing the Internet in the Territory.
