Petrobras Charter definition

Petrobras Charter means the agreement in respect of the Vessel for the provision of drilling services with contract number 026-2010 between Petrobras Tanzania and Ocean Rig, dated 21 December 2010.
Petrobras Charter means the Charter Agreement to be entered into between Petrobras – Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. and Owner with respect to the FPSO;
Petrobras Charter means the Charter Agreement dated January 30, 2015, entered into between Petrobras, as the leader and operator of Libra_P1 Consortium and the Employer with respect to FPSO;

  • Duly executed originals (other than any bareboat charter agreement, a certified copy of which shall be provided) of each of the documents required pursuant to Clause 16.35 (Petrobras Charter), notarised, legalised and/or apostilled as necessary.
